To create opportunities, promote positive sustainable social change and foster community cohesion and development through health, education, training, sports, economic development, advocacy and co-ordination where possible, in a planned development process by improving facilities and local infrastructures, supporting local organizations and providing resources.

Rwot Esau Okello Foundation (REOF) will look to work, support and mobilize resources and efforts to build stronger and sustainable communities and provide resources to schools, hospitals and communities to enable them to realize their potential and be self-sufficient as far as possible.
